Team entry card

One card per team, 4 by 6 inches: the header and heeler each get their own line for a mobile number, their own text-message box and their own signature. There's a spot for your logo at the top.

Postcard PDF (4×6) 2 per letter page

Print it: the postcard PDF goes to a print shop or onto 4×6 card stock. At home, use the letter-page version (two cards per sheet) and cut along the marks.

Add your logo: paste or stamp it in the dashed box, or ask the print shop to drop it in. Write your name or arena in the Producer box so ropers know who's texting them.

Keep the cards: they're your record of which ropers agreed to texts. In ScoreLine, check Texts on the Ropers page only for ropers who checked the box.
